When file extension is omitted, Cone Layout defaults to .txt

When the file extension is omitted in the Save dialog, Cone Layout defaults to .txt even if another extension was selected in the pulldown menu.

To be investigated

We were unable to reproduce this bug on several of our test machines. This bug is closed until another user reports the same problem.
