DXF file in user's units rather than SI-units

Symptoms

Users of Cone Layout version 2.0.1 and earlier reported they get tiny DXF drawings.

Cause

DXF files are "unitless" because the DXF file format does not specify units. Note that this is just an unfortunate choice of the designers of the AutoCAD DXF file format, rather than a flaw in Cone Layout. Most CAD programs will ask the user what units to use when importing/exporting a DXF file. Cone Layout version 2.0.1 and earlier always exported the cone in SI-units (which is meters).

Solution / workaround

The new version 2.0.2 will save DXF files using the same units that were used for designing the cone. An extra comment is added to the DXF file specifying the actual units used to generate the file.
